Linda Patten - The principal, Linda Patten, is an MBA with 30 years of experience in every aspect of human resources, business, and conference management. She has been in the association and conference management business for the last eighteen years. Linda’s applicable skills and experience include being:

An Effective Communicator and Problem Solver:

  • Using all methods of needs assessment, identified performance, learning, and work environment needs for clients both domestic and international.
  • Designed performance process improvement interventions including training curricula in sales and sales management, general management and communications skills, problem solving and decision making, project management, productivity and quality improvement.
  • Conducted training programs to increase effectiveness and ability to achieve individual and organizational results and objectives.  
  • Created job-aids in problem solving and project management to ensure smooth application of process.

An Entrepreneurial Planner and Administrator:

  • Managed 10+ professional associations in areas of membership attraction and retention, publications,
    programs, and fundraising.  
  • Created Conference Planning Manual for volunteer conference team.
  • Managed the planning, logistics, and registration functions
    of regional, statewide, national and international conferences.  
  • Designed framework for recruiting nursing students into degree completion program and Master's program.

Joan Streegan - As the Director of Sales and Marketing for all the divisions of Wayneflete, Inc., Joan brings extraordinary selling skills to Wayneflete. She has been responsible for the significant expansion of a medical practice while managing the medical billing department of that same practice. Joan also has significant retail sales experience and has been the top seller in her retail positions for the last 32 years. Her innovative selling style and out-of-the-box thinking regarding potential clients provides a strong platform from which Wayneflete can provide specifically customized services for each individual client.

Jane Waters - A freelance graphic designer for 20 years, Jane has worked with start-ups and established marketing and communications firms on projects ranging from printed collateral materials, logo and business package design to website strategy and design. Jane also has been a professional photographer for 20 years. Her primary emphasis has been in the field of nature and landscape photography. Her recent work has grown to include wedding photography and on-site conference photography in both US and international locations. She is a member of the Women’s Art Cooperative of Benicia, located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
